Return Policy

In the event that you have changed your mind or are unhappy with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase to the specific branch where you purchased it.

The products should be returned unused, in their original unopened package with the original receipt included.

Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have already been used.

We will replace the product or give you your money back using the original payment method (as per your request).

We don’t charge cancellation fees for returns, so you will be entitled to the entire amount paid.

This policy does not apply to food and drinks (including caffeine capsules), which cannot be returned.
