The very first cup of coffee we ever poured was whipped in 1994, on Hillel Street in Jerusalem. Our focus on high-quality products, most of which we produce independently in our factory complex located in the Ella Valley, with our commitment to warm, professional and fast self- service led us to become the largest and well known coffee chain in Israel. Since that first cup of coffee in 1994, we have ground countless coffee beans, and operate almost 190 locations nationwide, as well as about 40 branches global
Our factory complex sends new, high-quality products to each branch daily. From coffee beans to breads and frozen pastries, which are baked daily within each branch, to washed and sliced fruits and vegetables, salad bases, soups, spreads and more. Self-production allows us to promote innovation and flexibility, as well as maintain greater control over the quality and freshness of our raw materials
The customer orders at the branches are prepared on the spot and on demand, to ensure freshness and quality. As part of the importance which we place on mindful nutrition, we were the first to publish the nutritional values of each dish from our menu, on our website as well as on our app
We place particular emphasis on the customer experience at each branch and strive to create an experience that gratifies all five senses – from the branch’s appearance, design and accessibility, precise landscaping, unique musical experiences via playlists adapted daily, and the scent of freshly baked goods with hints of floral bouquets
