Training, championships and events

The baristas (bartenders who specialize on coffee drinks) at our branches undergo training which includes our chain- unique barista course. As part of the training course, the baristas receive theoretical knowledge from the coffee industry, as well as professional training . Our baristas learn how to grind the coffee beans, whip the milk, and yes, even how to perfect the heart-shaped foam on your cappuccino. Afterward they are then tested on the knowledge acquired and receive a barista certificate and shiny barista pin for their shirt’s lapel
